Keurig had a new mobile app coming out in late 2021 and I was tasked with creating mockups for the in-app messages. Since these messages would be coded in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, it was important to have a singular focus for each message with a similar design structure.

Inbox Main Page Mockup

I mocked up the look of the Inbox Main Page in Adobe XD, this utilized the original concepts for the SMART Brewer that was going to be released in August 2021.

Live App Inbox Messages, Push Notifications, and Inbox Main Page Elements

These push and inbox messages are screenshots of live campaign sends that I coded as Cloud Pages within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ESP.
These multi-channel campaigns normally had an email communication that was also a part of the journey.
