In 2021 I decided to learn more about what makes a great creative manager so I joined the On Deck Design Cohort 2 Fellowship. Over the past 6 months I’ve been able to learn from industry experts about how to become a confident leaders through professional development and access to a trusted network of peers.
Over the past few years, I have built on my graphic design knowledge and expanded into the world of digital design. Creating content for social media, blogs, display banners, and websites has become my favorite type of work because it is ever-changing and there are so many directions available to take the design into.
