Problem: How do we increase home sales at Sun Community properties across the US during the summer months?
Tactic Strategy:
Landing Pages- update graphics, 7 state page updates and create a new buy a home page
Social Media- header updates on Facebook, social media posts and ads
Email- open house, sales blast to those who lease homes and new leads
Display ads- dynamic ads and html5 display ads
Print- flyers, posters and bandit signs
Concept: Lead team meetings to develop a bright and summer feeling campaign that focused on doing things outside of the home. Created a moodboard that showcased that vibe in the image on the left.
Developing the look for the Move Into Summer sales campaign involved testing out different layouts, fonts and colors for the saying.
After the direction was chosen I provided a guide to the team that included the colors, typography and logo elements to keep everything uniform across the many channels this campaign involved.
Utilizing data from prior campaigns that showed Sun Communities audience relates better to exterior home images, I put together a collection of exterior images to utilize across all channels.
Creating the assets for the 9 different sizes for this campaign was another aspect I handled. Utilizing photoshop to craft the many pieces needed for each size of display ads, the final pieces I created were taken in Animate to craft HTML5 ads.
On the left are two sizes showcasing how the layout from the original mockup was adjusted to fit the other display layouts.
Found images that show off the three options that new home owners could choose from along with images that invoke the summer feeling that was the focus of the Move Into Summer campaign. The idea behind all the images was to get viewers to start thinking about all the outside activities they could enjoy at that new home.
The Move Into Summer campaign involved many emails that promoted the Open House event and the offer to many audiences. Segmentation and aligning the images and message to the correct audience was a huge undertaking. Keeping every aspect organized for the copywriter and the email developer was a task I was responsible for.
The tactics I worked on with the email developer can be seen below. I have included examples for the many emails I designed to promote Home and Park Model sales along with the open house event that took place at manufactured home communities and rv resorts portfolio wide.
